Bedside to Boardroom
My journey began in high‑acuity clinical units at one of the nation’s best hospitals, where I learned the foundational importance of patient safety and precision. Today, I serve as the Director of Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience for a large hospital-based home care and hospice center, overseeing quality and safety strategies for Home Care, Hospice, Home Infusion Pharmacy, and SNF Connected Care.
This enterprise‑level perspective allows me to bring sophisticated, forward‑thinking strategies to the agencies I consult with, helping them prepare for the future of value‑based care.
Policy Driven-Approach
I believe that mastery of compliance and policy is essential for long‑term success. My Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Healthcare Policy, completed with high honors, informs the strategic, policy‑driven guidance I provide.
